Our Principles
Excellence
Dr. Do, Dr. Huh and our team strive to deliver the best dental care we are capable of, and always stay current iwth the most successful treatment options available.
Our office setting and technology aim to maximize patient comfort and efficiency of appointments, while achieving successful outcomes. We also listen and focus our recommendations around your personal desires, concerns and goals.
Best oral health depends on the patient doing their best regarding maintenance and home hygiene. Good daily home care is essential for dental health. We will review with you the maintenance requirements of your dental work and the best way to maintain hygiene at home.
Availability
Our office strives to be available for you when you need us.
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, with the aim of providng you the attention and care that your treatment requires. Because our office has many other patients to whom we’re equally committed, appointments are made balancing the requirements of all of our patients while keeping availability open for emergencies for you and others.
We will be prepared and ready for your appointment, and we ask that our patients remain similarly committed to their appointments, and to inform us as soon as possible if they are not able to keep their appointments due to unforseen circumstances.
Communication
We feel that it is our duty to utilize our best professional care, skill and judgement in helping you achieve your dental health goals.
As a team, we commit to provide you up front as much information as possible on what and why treatment is necessary, what could happen going forward and overall outlook. In addition, we also provide information regarding finances up front as best as can be determined – regarding costs, payment options and when payment is expected, as well as any insurance coverage information.
If for some reason, the above is not clear in spite of our best efforts, please give us a call!
Appointments
The aim of your treatment appointments will be to accomplish the treatment goals set that day as efficiently, comfortably and as successfully as possible.
The doctors’ time has been reserved for especially for you, that we may accomplish the above, and to be able to provide you the necessary attention and care.
A lot of considerations go into setting an appointment time of appropriate length while balancing commitments to other patients who also require time of the office, so if you are unable to keep your appointment for some unforseen reason, please give us a call or text message us as soon as you’re able.
As most offices do, we do ask for notification in advance if you are not able to keep your appointment. We also contact you before the appointment to confirm your appointments.
As a courtesy, we contact you to remind you of your appointments by phone or text.
Confirming Your Appointment By Text Message
Our system automatically sends a text message to your listed cellular phone number 48 hours before your appointment.
You simply reply with the number 1 to confirm the appointment, or 2 to reschedule it. If you reply 2, our front office team will be in contact to reschedule your appointment.
Please do reply however, as the message is both reminder and confirmation. This way, your time can be reserved.
Text messaging is the preferred way for most of our patients because you can reply at your earliest convenience within 6 hours of the text receipt.
Confirming Your Appointment By Phone Call
Of course, you can still call us and confirm your appointment in person, or leave us a voice mail (after-hours) with your name and appointment date and time!

Completing or Updating Paperwork
If there was any paperwork left incomplete in the examination visit, please take the time to complete them now.
We navigate your insurance paperwork and benefits for you, but in order to do so, we need your insurance information. Please remember to send them to us or drop by with them?
Also, if there were any medications and medical conditions that couldn’t be recalled at the time of the examination, please update us regarding those as soon as you’re able, so that we can better serve you. Some common medications and conditions do change how we have to approach dental treatment in some important ways, and it’s very important that we have a good picture of the overall health issues that need to be accounted for.
